Depending on the type and complexity of the job, turnaround times can vary. Once we receive your order, we must complete the research, design, and estimation process. After approvals are received, we will finish your project on time and on budget. Our standard turnaround time for smaller orders is 3-5 days from approval of art.
As a licensed contractor, we can fully guide you through the process of determining whether you will need a permit or not. If you do, we will handle it from there.
Our warranty for permanent signs is 12 months. We do not offer a warranty on temporary signs such as Banners, Flags and A-frames as they are “temporary”. We do stand behind our products and services and strive to make sure you are 100 percent satisfied. We want you as a customer for life.
