Pathfinder Program
Weekend Pathfinder Program AKA, Bootlegs, Bandit Signs, Pathfinders
Our team will place a minimum of 30 directional signs early each Saturday Morning, guiding traffic to your sales or leasing office. The signs are picked up after 5pm each Sunday. We will customize the program to fit your needs and you get a discounted price on signs with the program. There are some areas these signs are prohibited.

Human Directionals
Human Directional Program AKA, Sign Spinner, Sign Twirler, Sign Waver
Not only do our Human Directionals get great results, they are allowed many places the Pathfinder signs are prohibited. There is a 4-hour daily minimum. Using the both the weekly Pathfinder and Human Directional Programs together will increase your traffic by 50%.

"Post iT" program
TrafficBuilders Signs & Graphics offers a sign placement program for realtors. “Post iT” is Northern Nevada’s best source for real estate sign post installation services. We have been doing sign placement programs since 2006 for New Home Builders. Our Post iT program for realtors started in 2016 and is used by them throughout Northern Nevada.
Yard signs are often the first point of contact for potential buyers. Our Team will be part of Your Team. We handle the storage, installation and removal of your signs so you can use your time in a more efficient way and not worry about having to deal with signs and frames, or drive out to place it.
How to use the Post iT Program.
- Email property address (in the subject line) to, orders@post-itnv.com
- Specify if the sign needs to be up on a certain date and we will schedule it
- Gate Code-be sure to include the gate code for gated communities. Email us the closing date for pick up
- Post maintenance-if the post needs maintenance due to extreme winds/weather-email orders@post-itnv.com the address and we will get it fixed immediately.
We can often install signs the same day and we guarantee to install your sign within 48 hours. Most often they are placed the next business day from order. We take pride in providing the quickest and most dependable response time.
PLEASE NOTE…if the frame is moved or taken down by anyone other than the TrafficBuilders’ Team, you will be charged $100 for the frame.
